Our School Classroom Type

We have two type of classroom.

Classroom A: Classroom without Wired Board Control Panel

Classroom B: Classroom with Wired Board Control Panel

Use Board Control Panel to Power on/off,

Use Remote Control to switch input source (HDMI/LAN).

Wireless Connect

Go to your Launcher or Finder-->Applications-->Epson iProjection Folder and find "Epson iProjection" App.

Step 1 Open Epson iProjection App

Select "Advanced Connection Mode" and Tick "Set the selected Connection Mode as the default mode for future connections".

If you make a mistake on that and accidentally use Quick Connection Mode, you can go to "Set Options"-->General settings--> tick "Display Connection Mode Selection window on startup"

Step 2 Find your projector and connect.

You can see your remote, it has "LAN". Select "LAN" it will goes to Wireless display mode.

Projector's IP Address and Keyword

On your left handed side, click on "Manual search". Then go to the search bar and enter your projector IP address. In my case, is 10.15.0.23. Click Search. After a while, it will display as Standby, and you can tick this projector. Then Click Join.

Step 3 Enter Keywords

Enter 4 digit Keywords (Password) in the pop-up window. In my case, it is 0486.

[First Time User] Step 4 Grant Permisson

When you click OK and connect, it will pop up to ask grant permisson if you are the first time to connect.

4.1 It will ask to access your microphone, please click OK to accept.

Click "OK"

4.2 It will ask to record your computer screen, please click Open System Preferences

4.3 After it open system preferences, tick the "Epson iProjection", and in the pop-up, you can click Later or Quit Now.

What if Screen share failed?

Please double check your System Preferences-->Security & Privacy-->Privacy.

Make sure Epson iProjection is ticked.

For MacOS 10.15 or above

FAQ

No sound.

I tried to connect to my laptop, the screen are ok, but there is no sound comes out.

First, before you connect to your projector, make sure you have turn on your volume to maximum. Don't mute your sound on your laptop.

How to use HDMI Switcher

Press the button next to "Selected" to switch channel.

Where to Download

You don't need to download, it is already installed in your Macs. If you would like to re-install, please go to Espon Official Websitearrow-up-right to download.
