Your Mac must be connected to internal WiFi (RKCS-Edu).
Add AirPrint from "Microsoft Word" on your Mac
After sending a printing job, please click "lock" icon and then input your email credentials in the hold for authentication dialog.
Tap to log-in with Staff Card or Smart Band
You can tap your staff card or smart band to log-in to your account and print.
If you forget to bring your staff card or smart band, you can log-in by touching "AD Login" button and enter your full email address and your email password.
Password Change
What if I change my account password, how can I connect it to printer?
If you change your account password, you will also need to change your computer printer setting to the same password. To do that, just open a document and print something.
After you hit print, please click on this icon on your dock.
Then, you will see "Hold for Authentication"
Click on the retry icon
You will see it will pop-up from your Name and Password. Enter your email address as your Name, and your e-mail password.
Tick the remember this password in my keychain.
Now, your are connected your Mac to printer with new password. Your are all set.
