Turn off the Private Wi-Fi Address

关闭设备上的私有无线局域网地址

如果你的设备在加入校园无线网(RKCS-Edu)后，因设备默认开启“私有无线局域网地址”功能，这可能会导致你的设备无法正常访问学校的网络资源。请根据下述提示关闭这项功能：

If your device is unable to access the school's internet after joining the Wi-Fi (RKCS-Edu), it may be due to the default activation of the "Private Wi-Fi Address" feature. Please follow the instructions below to turn off this feature:

iPhone、iPad

1. 打开“设置” , 然后轻点“无线局域网”。

   Open the "Settings" app, then tap "WLAN".

2. 轻点网络名称“RKCS-Edu”旁边的“更多信息”按钮。

   Tap the More Info button next to the network name "RKCS-Edu".

3. 下滑找到“私有无线局域网地址”，然后选择或轻点“关闭”选项。

   Scroll down to find "Private WLAN Address", then select "Off".

Mac

1. 选取“系统设置” ，然后点按左边栏中的“Wi-Fi”。

   Choose "System Settings" , then click "Wi-Fi" in the sidebar.

2. 轻点网络名称“RKCS-Edu”旁边的“详细信息 ...”按钮。

   Tap the "Details ...." button next to the network name "RKCS-Edu".

3. 下滑找到“私有Wi-Fi地址”，然后选择或轻点“关闭”选项。

   Scroll down to find "Private Wi-Fi address", then select "Off".

4. 点击“好”按钮保存。

   Click "OK" to save it.

Windows

在“网络和Internet”设置里，点击左侧栏中“WLAN”，然后关闭右侧窗口中“使用随机硬件地址”按钮。

安卓

在“设置”里，点击“WLAN”，点击网络名称“RKCS-Edu”，下滑找到“隐私”按钮，选择“使用设备MAC”。
